stunning view of Old City, elegant marble floors, convenient access to Mamilla Mall
Soundproofing in rooms needs improvement!!! Traffic noise disrupts sleep and concierge communication is lacking!!! Information about holiday hours should be clearer at check-in!!! Enhancing evening dining options is essential!!!

The balcony room offered stunning views, and breakfast had a beautiful buffet presentation. The attentive waiter remembered my coffee choice, making mornings special. However, the main road noise from the lower floor room detracted from the experience, and the restaurant service varied on busy nights. While the gym was excellent, having more floor space access could enhance the experience.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience, especially with my two small kids. We loved that the hotel organizes unique running tours around Jerusalem, allowing us to explore the city's rich history together. Our room had a gorgeous view, and the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. Notably, our breakfast experience was enhanced by Said, a fantastic waiter who turned meal times into memorable moments.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-oriented activities available.

I adored the hotel's elegant decor, featuring rich earth-toned colors and luxurious carpeting, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it easily accessible for seniors like myself, enhancing our overall comfort during the stay.
More luggage assistance would enhance the experience.

The Superior Room New City View was really comfy! The bed felt amazing, and the view of the old city was stunning. Everything was clean and well-kept. The decor was nice, giving it a cozy vibe. Just a heads up, the entry door was a little tough to open from the inside. No fridge issues, though. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the room!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored ancient sites like the Western Wall and the Tower of David. The hotel offered fun running tours and catered to us with great amenities. Our room was cozy, and the staff was friendly overall, especially housekeeping. Just a heads up, breakfast was decent but could use more attention to detail.
